SHIT HAPPENS

WELL WE HAVE A CLIENT THAT COMES TO STUDENT CLINIC. THIS CLIENT HAS BEEN COMING FOR YEARS. THE CLIENT HAS NOW DEVELOPED UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.
IS THIS BAD OR GOOD?
IT'S NEITHER. IT IS AN EXPERIENCE THAT THE STUDENT NEEDS TO LEARN. HOW TO HANDLE INAPPROPRIATE CLIENTS.
THE LAST STUDENT THAT HAD THE CLIENT WAS VERY UPSET AND REFUSES TO WORK ON THEM AGAIN.
MY ASSIGNMENT: CALL THEM AND MAKE THEM A GOOD CLIENT OR GIVE THEM A CHOICE TO NOT RETURN.
STUDENT CALLED CLIENT AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. STUDENT EXPLAINED WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE AND WHAT IS NOT. THE CLIENT WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND AGREED TO BEHAVE ALONG THOSE LINES.
MOST CLIENTS DO MUCH BETTER AND SOME JUST DON'T RETURN AND SOME REVERT BACK TO THEIR OLD WAYS.

WE SHALL SEE WHAT HAPPENS TONIGHT.
